Default need help from some experts!

i have a 1995 z28 camaro v8 5.7 liter all stock except for an KN filter
and i dont know how to begin to start building it to get faster!
maybe a new throttle body headers.....how about suspension as well
koni shocks? or edelbrock....can someone with great experiance for camaros
give some good ways to start my project car!?!

headers is a great start exhaust too and an intake. port and polishe the intake manifoild gears are one good thing to. if uwant to make good power a good set of heads and some nitrious and a cam with a tune could make around 550 hp

yeah just depends on your mods if u get a big cam u will have to have a torque converter it just depends on how much money u want to spend

Cold air intake, long tube headers, ported intake, bigger throttle body, sub frame connectors, gears, electric water pump, tune.

Thats a start..

okay i have an air filter k&N what is a ported intank? srry for

Start with the basics. Like a full tune up. You'd be suprised how well a car will run after a good tune up. Then get yourself a catback exhaust. I've heard to stay away from flowmaster 80series. I myself went with a magnaflow and love it.

Then you can move on to a CAI (cold air intake) or ls1 lid conversion. I've had both and prefer the lid setup.

Headers are a great investment. I went with long tubes. Depends on your location and smog laws. I hear great things about the lpp longtubes and some ebay ones. I went with Hooker because I got a good deal and they are ok.

I did 4.10 gears with my auto and I absolutely love it. Depends on your definition of driveability though. Most auto people use 3.73's

A mail order tune is a must after modding. If you can afford a dyno tune thats even better. I am very satisfied with my mail order tune. Made the car run a lot smoother.

A high stall torque converter is probably the most awesome thing for an auto car. I had a 3200 in mine for over a year and the fun factor was through the roof. You need a big trans cooler so you don't fry the trans. A shift kit to firm up the shifts with the converter is good also.

DON'T FORGET THE SUSPENSION. I wish I would have done some more suspension first. Lower control arms, panhard bar if lowered, lca relocation brackets, torque arm, subframe connectors (mixed review on if these are necessary on a street car, I don't have them but will be ordering them), Shocks and springs if you can afford them.

That should get you started. BTW I am nowhere near an expert, I pick up on this site a lot of info so take my advice like you would anyone elses. I wish I had some track times to show with my mods but I don't. Happy modding
