Ok, first off, the car is a 96 m6 and is completely stock. It will be that way for a while. I have read some threads that say the duralast wires from autozone will work perfectly fine with my stock car. I just purchased those last night. Now when i was on orellys site, i saw some msd streetfire wires for $45, right around the same price as the duralast. Which would you go with and has anyone had any experience with the streetfire msd's? I did buy the msd ones and they are the kind where you have to crimp on the ends yourself, which is not a huge deal. I also bought new spark plugs(ngk tr55). Do these have to be gapped? I have heard that your not suppose to gap them but are they the stock gap? Sorry for all the questions. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, mike

The wires you bought are fine. You won't gain a thing by swapping them out for the MSD wires unless you want to impress your friends by telling you bought something from MSD.
Like shbox said, you gap all plugs prior to install.

those plugs do come gapped, but you need to check to make sure they are right
after all of my experiences i would be using nothing less than a msd wire, or even a oem wire like shbox stated
if you put those cheap wires on there i would be willing to bet they are arcing withing a short time
