Clutch issues!!!!

Ok so my clutch is either bad or just need fluid?! I noticed the resoviour was completly dry which is not good so I put fluid in and still the clutch does go in gear!! Anyone shed some light on the subject

Your clutch had fluid, probly not empty before you topped it off.
If it were empty or had air in the system the petal would sink.

What type of fluid did you put in the reservoir?

the fluid went somewhere so you probably have a leak at the master or slave, likely the slave. Two 13mm nuts hold the slave on the side of the tranny, pull it off and see of there's fluid coming out of the boot.

The clutch pedal is sunk In.. I used dot3 brake fluid where do I find out if the clutch is gettin fluid?

First, look for a leak (like garage queen mentioned) then fix it or replace it.
Second, bleed the air out of your clutch master (that should resolve your pedal sunk issue.)
