Unhappy Knocking sound

Ok so I am driving to work today and my car starts knocking. It sounds like the drive shaft is hitting the torque arm. Can anybody think of anything else that it could be?

I havent had a chance to check. When i am driving it the tranny shakes like it is being his but it also feels like the rear end is "sticking". I know it is not the tranny mount. I am just out of clues.

Why not go under the car and look at the tq arm mount? See if you can duplicate the sound with the rear on jackstands and having a buddy put it in gear while you take a look and see if you notice anything.
