Nocking sound

Knocking sound Ok so I am driving to work today and my car starts knocking. It sounds like the drive shaft is hitting the torque arm. 
Can anybody think of anything else that it could be?

I havent had a chance to check. When i am driving it the tranny shakes like it is being his but it also feels like the rear end is "sticking". I know it is not the tranny mount. I am just out of clues.
