Default To the gentleman I left hanging on hold.

I am making this post because I unfortinly have left someone hanging twice now and I feel awful.

Who ever you are please shoot me a pm with your call back number so I can call you back.

For the ones reading I know I cant make a post like this with no expanation so here it goes.

A few weeks ago I had a guys info wrote down I was suppose to call back about converting an intake and building a sheet metal elbow. We were in the middle of a change over at the shop and we had put a stop to any sheet metal elbow orders. I told the guy I thought we were back to the point we could start taking orders on them again and I would call him back.

Well, I accidently took the paper I had wrote everything on and put it in the paper screader by mistake.

So now today he calls me again and I tell him I am going to put him on hold to make sure I have all the details worked out. I asked Charles if we had everything staged to start taking orders again and if we had an updated material cost for the build. As soon as I got through asking him that before I could grab the line again a customer walked in my office asking me plumbing questions.. So I ran him to the back while answering his questions thinking it would just take a second.

Well I have attention defeciate and when I got up front again I kept asking myself what was I doing.. Then I relized it and looked at the phone and he had hung up..

So right now he is probably thinking man that guy sucks..

So to that guy.. I promise I am not blowing you off.. Just a chain of events that have not flowed like it should. Please shoot me a pm with your number and Ill lock myself in my office and call you. with no destractions.

Thanks
Dave

This has me speechless.....

Dave, I'm considering doing a nitro setup by next year or so. Assuming I go that route, you just won another customer!

Well since I'm moving to Austin in a month I will be right up the road. So I will be able to just come up there and get with you and figure out what would work best for my application. I have to admit seeing Kyle's intake won me over. That was one sick *** intake.
