Default catted y-pipe that works with LPP longtubes?

Just wondering if any catted ypipe will bolt right up to a set of LPP longtubes? I heard the LPP's are exactly the same as kooks, so I was thinkin about ordering a kooks catted y-pipe. I really don't want to cut up this pretty lpp ypipe to put a set of cats in it.

Any other suggestions?

Kooks or buy a cheap Pacesetter and cut it, there only $125 or less

Yeah, if I could pick up a pacesetter for 125 and then add two 60.00 dollar cats, that's got me up to 240.00 for a catted y. But would the pacesetter fit the lpp collectors?

LPP's don't have the AIR or EGR hookups (for emissions), so why would you care if you had a catted y?
I thought that the AIR pum and the EGR valve were part of the emissions requirements where there is testing.

There is no testing here. I'm just tired of the noise and smell that comes along with a catless exhaust. My car has a big cam and is very loud. I recently moved to a historic district of town and I can't be pissing off the neighbors. I figured if I used a catted y-pipe, and also put a resonator in the intermediate pipe, it would cut down on a lot of noise.

Hey:

I would contact LPP about the LS1 catted y they sell, and see if it fits with a mod. Many LS1 setups only need trimming of the driver side to be made to work.
Then as they are cheaper than most other catted Ys and match your system 321 SS, they will turn golden together with th LTs. Ask Carl see what he says,
he may even make you a deal on them. Doesn't hurt to ask.

Here's a texas speed catted y-pipe for only 350.00. Don't think it's stainless though. Will this fit with LPP longtubes? http://speed-eng.com/store/texas-spe...pe-p-8831.html

Got a reply back from LPP, he said he didn't know if his LS1 y would work with an LT1....but that he did know his true dual setup would work with a little modification. I'm inclined to think that it would work, but since the y runs a little differently under the car, I'm not sure if it would hit the trans, or something like that.
