acceleration problems

last night got home from work ran fine...this morning starts fine..but has a huge loss of power under load, little bit of real high pitched backfires also...it did rain that night also. any help guys?

might have got some moisture on some ignition components hopefully not the opti which hates water , I would give it a couple of days and see how it does
