Problems....need help what is this

93 and just ran codes and got 28

fault Quad-Driver Module (QDM) #3 circuit
applies to:
- fan control relays
- a/c relay

What does this mean and why would fan relays cause this or is it the tranny?

You got that off my site. One column is for 94-95 and the right column is 93 only.

The quad driver is for your 93-not the transmission code. Check your fan relays/circuits and a/c relay/circuit.

yes I did and I didnt know that, awesome. So it can be fan relays, a/c relays only correct?

when I ran the codes it sounded like both fans were on and running hard/loud.

This dont really explain why my car runs like crap though. When I get on the car it feels very sluggish

check your fuses if the fans are always on the car goes in safe mode thats why it may feel sluggish

fans are not always on, I only heard them when I was running the codes. But I havent checked them while the car is running to make sure they function properly.
