Tuning for cold-startup conditions only

Tuning for cold-startup conditions only I think my engine needs a little tuning up for cold startup conditions only. It seems to be rich especially if the AC is on because I can smell gas and it sounds rough for a minute or two.
The engine is well tuned and running well once it is warmed up. I get 128/128 BLMs 90% of the time across all cells with never more that 2 points +/- or so. No issues there.
Regarding the injector pulses at idle, I get:
cold idle 1.3
cold idle AC on 1.5
hot idle 1.0
Can someone recommend some things to try to lean out my cold start conditions?

wideband, datalog, tune, repeat. cold starting and driveability tuning is hard to do over the internet. i probably wouldn't be much help, since the coldest it gets here is 40 degrees
