car wouldnt start security light on Went to start the car and nothing. Security light was only light on. Tried for about 15 mins then finally started. Ran rough for second then seemed fine. It was almost as if I was using the wrong key.
if you are asking what to do about it then yes that is normal when the chip in the key or the contacts inside the IGN switch is becoming faulty you must wait for it (the light) to go out then stick your key back in and try again , the cheapest way to resolve this issue is to buy VATS bypass module on eBay or buy the proper resistor from radio shack and bypass the VATS ... goto shbox.com for VATS bypass instructions
