Another issue

While putting headers on my buddy's '93 camaro, we had to unbolt the motor mounts and wiggle the engine a bit to get them on. Now the engine is misaligned and is about 1/8 inch to far to the rear and will not sit in the mount. Any ideas on how to reseat? Thanks.

Leverage is your friend. Use a pry bar or two and some common sense and ingenuity.

We've been trying to lift the engine and pry it forward, but to no avail so far.

Obviously the motor landed in the mounts at some point. Like I said, I'd use a few prybars and some creativity.

Have you tried jacking up the engine slightly and then prybars? It'll go just gotta find the right way to do it by trying different ways.

We've lifted and prybarred and every combination there. It seems the engine is stuck on one of boundaries. Idk if that makes sense. Like if it was supposed to sit in the middle of this, l___l, it's stuck on the rear l.
