Default HELP!!! Head studs?
Okay so i got a set of used arp head studs and i started to install them and i realized the guy i bought them from either stiffed me on one of the long ones or it got misplaced...so i need to find a replacement with washer and nut its one of the longer ones...if anyone has any extra or a set that is missing a few i and is willing to part with the mismatched kit or a single one let me know ASAP im putting my motor together and i really want to get my car up and running soon =/. So if anyone can help me please PM me or post on this thread...i will pay for part/s and shipping!!

I'd say to hell with the studs and just use regular bolts, but that's me.

but i already spent $100 on the studs and now i really don't want to spend anymore money =/ but i think if i measure my stud i might be able to get a new one off summit...

Anyone have one laying around 4.5 in length with 7/16-20 on one end and a 7/16-14 on the other...?

Sorry, to hijack, but are you having any clearance issues getting the heads back on in the car or do you have the motor out (Assuming you put one of them on)? I have heard that head studs are quite unfriendly when pulling the heads with the motor in the car. Nothing more from me.

yea i was told you can't put the heads on or take them off if the motors in the car but i already had the motor out when i decided to get studs
