Alright guys im about to rip my hair out with this new Professional Products 52mm TB i got to put on my new motor. I ended up having to do the drill mod because I was having some major idle issues. Now it seems to idle fine at 800 rpm, but i cannot get the IAC counts to be 20-40. The IAC counts seem to bleed down or up, like it will start at 50 then slowly go to 0. Or if i play with the set screw a tad it will slowly go up to 100+

The IAC valve is brand new and I checked for vacuum leaks by spraying some brake cleaner along the vacuum lines with no luck. When I swap my stock TB on the IAC counts will hold at 20ish with a warm idle. How can I get the new TB to do that?!!? its driving me nuts.
