You need to see what % your injectors are flowing at with your mods right now. If they are close to being maxed out then its time to upgrade. SVO redtops are a popular upgrade

Was it tuned for the ported heads???

The 80%DC thing is way overstated, that would not worry me atall.

not tuned for the heads but I wouldnt expect it to throw it this far out of tune , idles fine but slugish and the exaust sounds real crackly and poppy and pops through the intake sometimes when going up any incline, checked and double checked all wires ,plugs ,vaccums , sensors . intake gaskets , about to give up and throw the stockers back on untill I can get to a tuner

Under those conditions there is plenty of injector duty cycle left yet you are having troubles. Proof right there of either a mechanical issue or need of a retune.

weren't you claiming your car didn't need a tune after you threw the heads on? and now you're having issues... I'd get injectors and then a tune if I were you.

had some mild homeported crap on it that didnt affect it any but these cnc,d heads are fully ported and bigger valves but still should run better than it is without a tune , its not running rich at all , plugs look good feels like its loosing comp maybe Idk, how did you guys cars run after heads??
