E-brake removal question ?
E-brake removal question ? I'm wondering if there is a particular tool to remove the metal clip that is bent over the cable on the E-brake. It is a very strong metal tab, can someone suggest the right tool to bend this back ?

I was trying to use a flat screwdriver, but I can only get a small straight screwdriver wedged in between the tab. I don't think a small one can bend it without breaking ? Maybe a good set of channel locks is the way to go, I just assumed there was some useful tool that had this specific purpose

Eh, I don't think they really make anything specific for something as small as that. I'd say the largest tool with the most leverage you can fit in the tiny space is the one for you
