CYL 7 missfire when cold

CYL 7 missfire when cold like it says in the title. gonna get new plugs because i have NGKTR 55. and reading some of the other threads you guys gap LT1s at like .45 or .40? i have a high RPM surging as its goes past red line. reall bad on the top of second gear. I dont think thats the misfire but its due to the large gaped plugs.
I know its not the opti i just replaced it with the accel unit for 250 i believe. its good buy for anyone that needs a new one.
car misfires but just to the point when i take my foot of the brake to move it starting to surge a little. more annoying that anything. and when it doesnt pull the code or misfire it runs AMAZING! anyne had this problem with this?? all advice is helpful. thank you

Doubt its the plugs John. TR 55s are ran out of the box with no problems on bolt on cars. Ive got a set of injectors off my car you can have to try out if you think thats the issue
