voltage drop???

voltage drop??? My car has a problem starting. it takes like 3 cranks to start. on the starting crank, the starter sounds like its spinning faster. Also, at idle after it has ran for a lil while, it will stumble and misfire. During this the voltmeter bounces with the tach. It started doing this randomly one day and im not sure what it could be any ideas would be great. btw the opti, coil, plugs, and wires are new within the last 5k miles, the plugs arent fouled, and the fuel pump and filter are also new.
