Default Low oil level sensor BYPASS

All-

I'm just about ready to get my motor back into my car...but my Milodon oil pan doesn't have a provision for the low oil level sensor. Does anyone know how to bypass it? I've heard about using a resistor, but I've also heard about just connecting the wires together...any thoughts?

Either connect wires together or jump the connector. Either way will work.

Or take the bulb out of the dash. Just another option.

No F-ing way lol... The whole drivetrain, including the harness, is outside the car. Much easier to get to!

Thanks for the info everyone. Tying the wires together is an easier fix than I thought.
