I've never installed roller rockers, but basically I'm just swapping my stock rockers to another stock set of heads. How do i go about starting this? any precautions I need to take? oh and what's the best way to clean up a set of used heads? It has about 57k miles on the heads i just bought.

 

carb cleaner or take them to the machine shop they will clean them out for cheap
