Default question about plug and header install

i have two plugs im at a loss as to where they go.

the one in my hand and the single wire right below it.

also my steering shaft is just ever so lightly touching the pipe. i mean just barely only the corners of the steering knuckle. we beat the crap out of the pipe and barely dented it. SO we were thinking about just taking a little of the edges off with a dremel. Is that a bad idea? i thought i read that an ls1 stealing shaft can cure this as well.

and just for those that want to see it.

i hate these damn headers there the eBay ones. they just barely cleared every where. the y pipe hits the floor but it doesn't mater as im having a custom y pipe made. after i got done today i wanted to punch someone in the face i was so mad.

The single wire below it doesn't connect to anything - that's the fuel pump prime connector. The other connector in your hand goes to the wiring harness on the passenger side shock tower. That connector is C105.
