id go bigger on the stall, 3200 at least

 

Fix everything on the car. Take things apart right til the point where you dont really know whats what.

It looks like you need a massive tune up and you may find the missing power based of what you already showed us. the prior owner probably didnt do much in keeping up with the car.

Afterwards, a PCM tune is around 125 and will really helpout. next I would get subframe connectors and a cold air intake.

 

i just regaped the spark plugs, they were .055 i set them to .047. just started it up, exhaust kinda burns the nose now, maybe that will go away if its just burning some **** off. I dunno, hope so!
