I was just wondering if running rich could cause plugs to foul up. I just put in ac delco plugs with msd wires. The ECT was bad and the fuel system never went into closed loop and it was running really rich. I replaced that, but the power doesnt feel like it used to before my ECT went bad.

I also think my Ignition control module may be a culprit because it was throwing a 1351 code (IC module high volts).... whats the best kinda IC module to get?
