quick overheating ?

quick overheating ? im not sure if this is a symptom of a blown head gasket.. but if the coolant boils up and comes through the reseivor does that mean i have a blown head gasket? or is there something else? like a bad radiator or cap?

hmm imma try the radiator cap.. i recently put a new thermostat from hypertech. even tho when i installed it didnt know it was the stock temp one hahah.. but yea imma try the cap..
