Cam Driveability question

Cam Driveability question I recently redid the entire top end in my lt1 6spd. LE2 package, heads,cam intake, injectors, 1.6rr, hd wp.
Cam specs 228/236 .592/.592 110lsa set to idle at about 800-850rpm.
The car has some wicked power, especially up top. However it seems to be really jumpy while crusing at around 1700rpm. Almost feels like its miss firing, but i severly doubt it is. Ive had it dyno tuned, somewhat. Car didnt want to cooperate properly, so its gotten much better then the mail order tune. 32* timing roughly, no knock.
Basically what im asking is, what should i expect? Ive never driven a cammed car so this is more or less for my knowledge. Thanks
