Default converter tune question

Will I have to retune my pcm if I up the stall in my 3200 vig converter? say to like a 4000ish

What year LT1 do you have? If it's a '95 or older you may need to tune the car for "stall wall". The OBD2 computer cars ('96-'97) don't have that problem and will not need to be retuned. Sure you could adjust some of the part throttle shifts and WOT shifts if you wanted to but when I went from a 3600 stall to a 4000 stall in my '97 my tuner assured he did not need to make any adjustments and the car drove flawlessly before and after the converter swap.

i think for the 94 and 95 pcm, its called -vss diagnostic enable min rpm-
stock its set to 3000rpm..
