bigger cam?

what size cam can the stock heads/valvetrain handle on a stock lt1?

The stock springs can barely handle the stock cam. Its not really the cam that can hurt the rest, but the RPMs.

Without upgrading the valvetrain? Stock, no more.

If you want to put in a hotter cam, you need to change (at the very LEAST) valve springs.
