Default Car wont find an idle???

On a cold start my car will idle just like its supposed to between 850 to 950. but after i leave or pull out of the driveway and proceed to a destination, upon approaching a stop sign or stop light or anything causing me to come to a complete stop. my car cant return to idle and will die. I have done everything I can think of to fix this except mess with the idle screw. I put my stock TB back on the car and it made the issue worse. Car is tuned for the 58mm. I also noticed that the car is running pig rich, and that it seems to load up and the throttle response is to be desired. When you try to accelerate, it will either bog and then take off like all hell broke lose or hestitate and take off, but either way it still doesn't just take off. Any ideas are welcome and I'm almost to the point that i think it needs retuned. also 13.5 psi of vaccum at idle, is what i got from doing a gauge check to confirm no issues with vaccum leaks. Thanks in advance

weird... Keith from pcm4less told me 13 at idle was what I was supposed to have. And no it's a summit racing 58 mm.

Sounds like maybe an issue with either a vacuum leak or the tune?

Manifold vacuum is measured in inches of Mercury (in" Hg), not psi. Nothing wrong with what you're seeing at idle with your current mods.

Sounds like your tune needs some looking at. Some Datalogs posted up would be very helpful.
