Idle issue in gear.
Like the title says, I have an idle issue in gear. I checked the tps voltage with the blades all the way closed and it is .668. At WOT it is 4.55 so that is within spec. The car idles fine in park and neutral but, shuts off in gear. Any ideas? I haven't tested the IAC but, it's fairly new. It's not throwing any codes.

I will do a datalog tomorrow and get the IAC counts and timing. The idle is between 900-1000. It's the AI 228/234 with i little different lift and lsa numbers than what they advertise on there website.

X2 on the IAC and timing, but does the issue seem to be worse in open or closed loop?
I had a similar issue when the MAF went bad, still read somewhat accurate except in the low flow areas and it would jump to 18-19:1 when you put it in gear causing it to stumble. You should be able to see if thats the issue based off O2 voltage though.

It does seem a little worse when the car is cold but, not significantly. It doesn't have a maf it's speed density so I know that isn't it. I have a new laptop now and my datalog cord will not hook up so I'm gonna search for an adapter and get it done by this afternoon if possibe. I will advise.

Well, today was full of fail. My old laptop took a dump a couple months ago and it had a serial port so the datalog cable I had hooked right up. All I have on my new laptop is a USB port. I bought a USB to DB9 adapter cable and when I got home the damn package didn't have the driver cd so, I got on the tech line and had them e-mail it to me. It wouldn't install and come to find out it wasn't compatiable with Windows 7 so no datalogging today. Tony Bishop from Jacksonville is supposed to ride out Monday afternoon to put a tune in the car since it's running in the mid to high 13's on the A/F at WOT. I guess I will try and figure it out then. In the mean time I guess I could check the ohms on the IAC to see if that shows anything. All I could find on SHBOX was a way to test the 95 IAC. Mine has a different connector, any ideas on how to test it?
