LT1 to LS1 Front Clip Conversion Question...Hindges same or different?

LT1 to LS1 Front Clip Conversion Question...Hindges same or different? Are hood hindges the same from 93-02? Just wondering bc I tried adjusting the hood the best I can and it sits up in the back of the hood about a 1/4 of an inch. Its all GM parts, even the SS hood is GM. Just wondering if I need to adjust farther or order new hindges.
when i did my front end conversion i went ahead and swapped out hinges and it looks great, BUT the hinges from lt1 style should work fine, i didnt see any real difference between the two, may have to "persuade" it to fit. lol
are hinges hitting each other?i had noticed when i did mine the bottom hook was hitting the top part of hinge i had to adjust it so the hook slid into to the slot.just to let you i used all lt1 brackets

Lol no way is a LS1 going in there, always liked the LS1 SS front ends. Was thinking of putting a silver hockey stripe down the side with "LT1" written in the middle. That way people dont think its another LS1 car...plus I want plates that say NOLS1

Yeah, the LT1 front ends look aggressive, where as the LS1 front ends look cleaner and updated. I love the headlights vs the old square ones that got carried over from the 3rd gens. The white Camaro is Am_muscl's car, he should be at the shootout this weekend.
I kept the LT1 Tailights on my '98..
BTW I'm not worried about the front too much..this is the end that most people see..
The Interiors are a hell of alot nicer in these cars too.

^^ HAHAHA the white one is mine!! putting it together for the shootout this weekend. Mike's car is 9037895712859735891703589 times cleaner than mine and trust me, I gave him ALOT of **** for the ls1 front end but hey to each his own and he is one picky dude so it's gonna look perfect when it's done.
my car is so nasty dirty and scratched up it's pretty embarassing. SOMEDAY though it will look nice.
