do i need to get this tuned I plan on doing a gears in the rear 3.73's (i got 2.73's) and LT headers and a ORY .... will i need a tune after this ... yes ... but will it hurt my car if i dont get one right away? and if so what will be damaged?

because with the shorter gears your car is gonna need to shift at a lower mph. With the 2.73's i bet your first gear goes to like 40mph at full throttle. With the 3.73's it will probably need to shift at a early 30mph. my 3.23's only go to 34mph at 6000rpm. Same with the other gears(2,3 and 4th) along with part throttle shifts like driving normal on the street. With the electronic controlled transmission its 100% necessary to change the shift point tables in the pcm.
