Clutch install question?

Clutch install question? Hey guys, I'm rebuilding my T56 and installing a new clutch soon in my Formula before it doesnt move anymore lol.
My question is, Whats the safest and easiest way to remove the old pilot bushing, and How do I safely install the new one without "mushrooming" the end the bushing?
Any help is appreciated!

I went to autozone and rented a "blind hole puller" tool, it came with a slidehammer, it worked gloriously. It was like $100 to rent but you get all your money back when you return it.
As for installing the new one, I just did the same thing krill did, worked like a charm.
