Default Best high flow cats?

Curious to see what you guys are running for cats. I want to run metallic spun bullet cats, are certain brands better than others?

"Best" are going to be Random Technology cats. They are expensive, though. The 100 cell/in. race cats are about $220.00 apiece. I'm running 2 on true duals. Magnaflow doesn't publish flow #s on their $90.00 300cell/in. cats. Random Tech. 3" with 4" case flow about 730CFM each, IIRC when I talked to them back in January.

Part # for mine is: (144-30000- 4" diameter body with 3" inlet/outlet )

A bunch of other place sell them too including summit. I ran those cats for a while in my true duals but they didn't last long on a lowered car . All they really did was change the smell from the raw fuel smell to the rotten egg smell at idle too, so don't expect any miracles with a cam that size.

If all you are looking for is noise control put in some small resonators. Cats are expensive noise control devises and heavily cammed or boosted aplpicaitons that dont have a good deal of tuning will totally consume them prematurely.

these will definitely look like cats to any silly police officer... I have a 3"x5" set on my car. You could run the 3"x9" and they'd do more for the sound problem.

The metallic spon cat's won't do anything for noise/rasp. They didn't change my sound at all when I put them in.
