If you don't have it tuned out, it will throw a SES light/code and will run accordingly. If you want the hard vacuum line, you can get it at any auto parts store. A proper EGR delete gets rid of the EGR valve, caps off the intake for the valve and exhaust line, the manifold (or header) fitting for the EGR pipe, the EGR solenoid and vacuum line, and finally tunes it out in the PCM.
