Default 88 vette issues

Hey everyone been awhile since I posted on her but a buddy of mine is having an issue with his 88 manual vette. The issue is the car has had new cap, rotor, plugs, wires, egr and 2 new injectors. Car is still missing on cylinders 1 and 3 do any of you have any suggestions as to what to check next? Thanks all hope all is well.
