Default Rockers?

It's been almost a year since I finished my 383 build. It's in a 97 with LE2 heads and cam. At the time I was running out of the green stuff and ended up using proform full roller 1.6ratio self aligning rockers like Lloyd sugested to get it up and running. I have seen that people have had problems with them so before I do I thought I might change them. Like I said thier self aligning right now so what would be a good replacement? It's a street car never sees the track. cam is mild, is there a self aligning rocker to replace it or do I need to go with something else? I think I used a set of comp cams repalcment rocker studs(screew in) and trickflow pushrods with rolled ends not ball ends. I can't remember off the top of my head what everything is but I can get it if needed.

Non self-aligning rockers offer substantial benefits over SA rockers, so anything NSA would be a step in the right direction. On a heads/cam/383, IMO, running NSAs is a must, along with thicker 7/16" studs from ARP or equivalent.

I'm running Crane Gold aluminum NSAs with Trickflow guideplates and Trickflow chromoly pushrods.

Ok so I should be looking to relace the pushrods as well? because I am sure they are not the higher strength. Not a big deal since I still have all of the lengths and what not. I would be looking at NSA rockers, guid plates, and new pushrods. What are some of the benifits of the NSA rockers?

Stability in high RPM ranges. A non self-aligning setup is more stable, especially at higher RPMs. The alignment point for NSA is a fixed position that does not move, while the lateral movement of a SA rocker has been seen to wear down the alignment tabs on the valve stem (constant high RPM use). You will need hardened pushrods and hardened guideplates.
