Default Catback Question

Now that I have LPP longtubes I want to know if I can look at different options when it comes to catbacks. I see that (for example) borla has a kit for 93-95, 95-97, and 98-02. What are the differences in all of these. I know that the LS1 cars may be set up differently, but how. Will an LS1 catback work on my car? Should I be shopping for a catback from 93-95, 95-97, or 98-02? I tried to do some searching, but I couldn't figure it out. Thanks for the help!

Only 93-95 cars are different (except 95 CA cars that came with dual cats). The catback is longer, because the cat is closer to the front of the car. All 96-02 cars use the same catback.

If you have LPP long tubes I am guessing you may also have the LPP offroad Y? so at this point I belivethere is no differance for you the Y pipe ends at the same point the after cats pipe would have on 96 to 02. I run a loudmouth 2 and it was only for 98 to 02 but It fit just fine with the adapter kit you can buy and all it did was hang the driver side tail pipe.
