Default Piston help please

Ok so I am building a 383. Story is i got a 95 z28, pulled motor at like 8k miles cause was having issues and found parts. Now it was just supposed to be a NA forged 383. no boost plans or anything. this is from the guy i bought the car from. anyway, im staying NA 383 and planned on compression 12.5:1 or so? that should be good for 92 octane correct? I have the AFR LT4 210 comp heads and a 240/240 bauer cam on a 110 lsa. the cam was ground for the heads. its an eagle forged 3.75 crank and have 6" rods. now the pistons that were pulled from the motor ended up being these

I figure i want no dish at all correct? some flat tops with valve reliefs and thats about it? or am i wrong? can i achieve what i need with these pistons or am i better off selling these and getting me some flat tops? and what do you suggest? thanks guys if you need anymore info let me know

Dished or flat-top with valve reliefs will depend on your target compression ratio (considering head gasket thickness, deck height, CC volume, etc.).

Not much of a budget at moment. But ill sell my pistons and just take my time if need be. I figured 12.5:1 would be a good target. My heads are actually 61cc.

you're going to have to mill to get there, or take some out of the combustion chamber and run a small dome. or get a small solid dome piston and mill them to whatever you need.

ya figured i probably need like 58cc heads...

if i just get some flat tops i can get pretty close to 12:1 correct? not looking to do any milling, i guess ill just attempt to sell these pistons and pick up some flat tops
