My car has one too. Along with zip ties on the fuel lines and cut wires coming off the little red "power box". Think they might have something to do with the big zex sticker under the hood.

I have a switch like this that hangs from under my dash, originally i thought it was a kill switch but apparently it isn't. I have yet to find out what it does.

These are a bit higher quality flux caps. They also stock muffler bearings, kevlar clutch belts, and left handed metric screwdrivers, you know how hard those are to find?

Was it hidden in any way? If not any thief can pretty much figure that **** out quickly. Do it right and hide it.
