Exclamation Headers and exhaust

I am currently doin a lot of work to my 95 Camaro Z and i think it is time for headers... is there anyway to set up a full system (headers, Cat, and catback system) that requires no welding.

it really depends to be honest, instead of doing an assload of searching, and worrying if u bought the right part or not, just weld on flanges where they would usually just weld the pipe together, but have the time its just easier to weld since the bolts tend to be rusted and set anyway. do you not have access to a welder or are you wanting everything to bolt up so u can take it apart easily?

well then just do some studying on what you buy, because some companies cut corners making it just easier to weld, but it shouldnt be too hard to build a full system that way as long as it hasnt been welded previously, thats what always got me

The band clamps work but you will still have problems with leaks or at least i did. So i just found out where i wanted everything and just welded it up.

as posted. Band clamps and if you buy a regular "catback" setup. shouldnt really require that much work on your part. maybe alittle cutting here and there.

i have pace setter LT's with a 3" OYP and hooker catback.i used band clamps which didnt leak at all, also i had to cut the main pipe going to the muffler since i used a y-pipe with no cat.It is very easy to do all you need are basic hand tools and something to cut the pipe,i used a sawzall which works well especially if you have a vise.

My Pacesetter to SLP setup fit together fairly well that I rememeber, used band clamps with no leaks.
Would still have them on if Maryland wasnt so **** with emissions, inspections and strict police.
I currently have some hooker shorties I bought used that don't quite line up with the Y pipe but I think that's only because it was cut/welded with a hollow cat.

From what I've seen bandclamps are a gamble, if you don't have exhaust leaks right off the bat, you eventually will. Why don't you want to weld?
