Lol yeah I know, I didn't mean any disrespect, the only reason I didn't mention your car is because your car is auto and I was refering to Alans car because its a 6-speed

No real build thread but all the info is on the site.

Good Luck!
I ditched the comps, its got AFCO rear shocks now with Madman valving.

btw...what made you choose the MT DRs over the Hoosier DRs? After watching Alan's car on them at the shootout, I was sold on the Hoosiers...
The Hoosiers dont seem all that street friendly so I went with MTs plus they match the front.
From the limited rips around the neighborhood the shocks seem to work pretty good.

How so? Maybe not at 14psi, but I've ran 25 in mine and they do fine on the street. Tire wear wise I wouldn't want to have them on the street...

Tire wear was the main concern but the Hoosiers also have 0 tread and are basically a radial slick.

I had QTPs on for the last yr and a half, just decided to try the MT again but in a 28" tire this time. They do drive/feel 100% better on the street.

Only on the street so far. With the very limited testing the AFCOs seem to work pretty damn good.

I bet you will 60' just fine as long as the track is kinda warm. Since I haven't had mine long, it's the first cold air and cold pavement I've experienced with it. It's like a whole different car. I'm worried I'm going to get a ticket sliding the rear around when I grab 2nd at part throttle just normal driving.

What is the hose mod for the rear springs??

We ended up making some billet alum bolt in brackets for the shocks out of a solid chuck of alum since Madmans were a weld in only application. Heres some pics b4 we did the final mounting. We had to mill down the bolt head and the bottom of the bracket to make sure the shock body cleared. Turned out pretty sweet IMO and they work great.
