Default Any Ideas?

My 96 formula needs help. :/ Ok so in the past few months my power has just gone down the *******. I used to be dominating, now it just feels like its lagging.

It also doesnt like to start sometimes and i gotta give it gas and idles rough for a while.

Ok so its been throwing an SES code for a while. Usually 1441 (EVAP). So i replaced both the EVAP switches/valves (left side of intake mani with vaccuum lines and electrical hookups).

I replaced the MAF, it has a new Delco distributor, new delco plugs (checked them, look fine, but black oily stuff around the threads but may be anti-sieze, i had them replaced about a month ago).

It has a cc305 and it runs really rich, i can smell gas like crazy. The heads have been ported and polished, valve job, roller rockers, headers. My gas mileage is also in the ******* (19 mpg highway).

It used to misfire alot, but hasnt much recently.

Any ideas?

Did you check your O2 sensors when they go the car usually runs rich. Just a thought.

how do i tell if i need to replace them? are their any signs that they are bad?

O2 sensors, or possibly a slow opti death...

Check O2 sensors, opti, wires, plugs. If you've checked them already, re-check them. Might be the Delco opti, if you ever have to replace any again, make sure you use a direct replacement from GM, the AC Delco units are garbage.

wires are good, plugs... im not sure, i checked one and it had oily substance on the threads (might be antisieze). I replaced the wires with MSD 8.5 mm and wrapped those suckers good in kevlar wrap (headers melted some of the others).

I was getting a p1351 (high voltage on Ignition Control Module) earlier but that code hasnt returned since.

Im still pulling a p1441 (evap). Its starting to **** me off. My baby is sick
