starting problems

starting problems I hoping someone can help me figure out whats going here.. My 95z will start fine/normal when i first start it up,i drive around for 20min or so,shut the car off and it cranks real slow like the battery is dead and sometimes wont start at all.When i do get it finally started i can shut the engine off/start it up over and over and it will start like normal.. i have had the alternator and starter checked out,everything was fine and also have a new battery and terminals.. Also when i stop at a red light the rpms go down to 300-600 and sometimes stalls now..Could it be a ignition problem or something causing it not to start and act weird?
