which companies lock their pcms? I'm wanting to do a obd1 conversion and tune it myself. But I've herd some of them lock them? Does madtuner lock them? also can I get a performance tune from him and fine tune it myself after? that's my real question

 

I know PCMforless doesn't as I have tweeked his tune afterwards.

 

Maduner doesn't lock his either. I had a mail order tune done by him and then later had a dyno tune.
