glowing passenger manifold

glowing passenger manifold i have a 95 lt1 firebird. just did plugs and wires thinking that may have caused my hesitation/surging. well now it doesnt do it quite as bad but now i notice the passenger side manifold glows red near cylinder 6 and 8 at night. what could this be? could the o2 sensors be causing a rich/lean condition. they are original o2's i believe. car has 76,000 miles on it. maybe the cat could be clogged as well causing it? any help is greatly appreciated.

I've had a couple of cats collapse/fail on my LT1. Each time, my car would hardly run at all, and the manifolds were glowing when I was able to eventually pop the hood. The last time it happened, I took it to Midas and had the cat replaced. It turns out that for the price of replacing a cat, Midas will just gut the one that's already on your car. I put my car into storage within weeks of that event, and I didn't realize what they had done until years later. You can't trust anyone anymore.

On a buddys 93 Z28, I bought a Magnaflow stock replacement cat for around $65 shipped off ebay. Put it on and the car passed Tx emissions with flying colors.
