ect problem

ect problem I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem i'm having with my 93 camaro lt1. I keep getting a dtc code 15 ect voltage high etc. I have tested the power out of the ecu and have the 5v. the grounds test good and the sensor test good. I have tested the wire from the sensor to the ecu with a volt meter and it shows to be good. Is there something that i'm missing or do i have a bad ecu?
