Default Possible Opti problems.

A few weeks ago my car started sputtering and eventually dying while I was driving, normally it would fire right back up. But now it's nearly impossible to start when warm and wont go above 3500rpm without backfiring and jumping and missing. Any ideas? I'm leaning toward the Opti.

Not necessarily always the opti; Fuel pressure/pump/FPR? Coil? ICM? Plugs/wires?

All wires are good, coil is still good, haven't checked the ICM yet or the fuel pump. The alternator is going out, would that cause any of it?

Yea the SES light is on, the weird thing is, is that when it misses the light goes off for like 3 seconds, then comes back on.
