New build is underway!!!!!

I beat ya to starting a new build though, dropped my 4-bolt block and a brand spankin new 3.875 crank off with Patterson Racing over a month ago, and judging by their progess so far, it looking like I'll have my junk back and ready for assembly likely in late Jan or early Feb

New 383, half filled, 4 bolt slayed caps, forged internals, 12.9:1 CR -5cc pistons rings gapped for 200+ shot. Built by Speedinc, New LE cam 244/.252 .640/.640 110 LSA
Once I put it back in Speedinc will dyno tune it!
Built th350 4000+ stall
Other recent mods are Drag radials are back on the car, Madman valved AFCO rear shocks, UMI upper and lower A-arms and that completes the chassis.
That ride will haul the mail, when your done. (with this round of mods)
When you replace your upper control arms, is there any weight difference between the UMI units and the factory units?
UMI makes a few compromises with weight for strength. They aren't the lightest, but they are definitely some of the strongest. Same with their k-member too.
This past fall, I installed a set of their front lower a-arms, and they were a lot lighter than factory. I had thought about doing the uppers, and I just wasnt sure if it was worth the money, over weight savings.
