Default Should I pull the Opti?

I am debating on pulling off of my optispark to get have it repaired or replaced; it is a MSD unit that I bought 13 months ago, but has less than 3,000mi on it. My car has a rough Idle and is a little off at low rpms, but is not really that noticeable. The worse thing it is doing is kicking back, breaking starters on start up;it doesn't do this every time I start it only sometimes. The plugs are new, the wires are new, and the fuel system is good. Even though the MSD unit is past the warranty period do you think MSD will warranty it for me or can they check it out to verify the MSD opti is working correctly?

MSD can verify if their unit is working correctly. I believe their might be a charge for it though out of warranty. Have you pulled codes yet?
