Intake Elbow?

For the guys who are running a single plane intake and elbow, is there a elbow that allows the 58mm lt1 style throttle body?

If you wanna play you gotta pay.

I was fully prepared to purchase one for my single plane conversion until I decided to go a different route. That elbow, IMO, is worth it. You don't need to cut the cowl, fits under the stock hood, and lets you reuse your stock-style (or aftermarket) throttle body.
