Cant you call his local police department and report theft, since you have his address and name?

That sucks! I really HATE thieves...
Most people are hard working pay day to pay day people and when they (myself included) come up with a little extra money to buy something for themselves guys like that take advantage and screw them...
I sale a lot of parts and I always try to make sure I take care of anyone I sale to because I know how I want to be treated...
I guess to the OP the best thing you have it Karma and believe me it goes around....This guys house will catch fire 1 day after his homes owners lapses or something....It always catches up...
Still don't get your hard earned dollars back though! Sorry to hear about it!!

Threw that name into Tampa Racing, no results, guess he doesn't use that site. I would start by calling the Pinnellas sheriffs office and see what they tell you, if it is going to be a local investigation or state/federal as it might be considered interstate commerce or something like that.
